New website!

Hello everyone, Welcome to my new Chedal.org website. For now, this website will focus just on my Blog — since this is the part of my website which has suffered the most in the last 2 years. I was using chedal.blogspot.com for my blog, but then I wanted more features, so I moved to Joomla. This was a good move in general, but Joomla has a horribly cumbersome process in place for adding new blog pages, which meant that I never really used it much. This led me to research good content management systems for myself, and my clients… Welcome to the present.

Hello everyone, Welcome to my new Chedal.org website. For now, this website will focus just on my Blog — since this is the part of my website which has suffered the most in the last 2 years. I was using chedal.blogspot.com for my blog, but then I wanted more features, so I moved to Joomla. This was a good move in general, but Joomla has a horribly cumbersome process in place for adding new blog pages, which meant that I never really used it much. This led me to research good content management systems for myself, and my clients… Welcome to the present. Now I am using Drupal, which I am far-far happier with, and adding blog entries is easy! So hopefully there will be a lot more written here again. This website is currently transitional. There is a lot of information on chedal.org which needs to move here, and also needs to move to other places. My hope is that over the next few months this move will finally be complete, and I will once again have all of my information clearly presented and differentiated. When the transition is complete, hopefully all of my data which was on blogspot will also be moved here too… I am eager to write about my experiences, new books, new movies, new modes of thinking, aspirations, frustrations and life in general. So hopefully all this technical hoopla will not detract from the actual content for much longer! Welcome! Sebastian.
