Body building!

Well, this year has started off to a tee, I made my wish for: “perfect health”, and the first thing I did, after more than a week of being low-energy and sick over new years, was to drop my daily yoga, and start up on coffee again… after my health started to drop again, and the first massage didn’t do anything magical, I went to see Tito (friend and also good body worker). Tito did a good session on me, from which I feel a lot better, and I also got inspired to do some muscle building.

I started to look into the muscle building today, and its going to be quite intense! 6 meals a day, a lot of protein, and the gym most likely every other day… for several months! My whole theory is that building some general muscle structure would probably help my body to hold me up better while I am doing computer work. Naturally I will combine the body-building with daily yoga, and I have since started my yoga again.

Today, it was quite cool, I met with Alan and JJ, and we discussed a number of things, but most importantly, a trade where he is going to be my personal fitness trainer, and in exchange, I’ll be giving him project management [in the field of web/internet development] courses, and maybe some HTML/programming training too!

On the work front, things have not been going as fast this month as I would have liked, my health on Wednesday this week made that day be quite unproductive, and I’m going to try and catch up a little tomorrow. All-in-all though, at the moment I am getting far more work than I can actually accept or develop, and so I am still trying my best to figure out just how much work load I can take on, and how much work I want to delegate and monitor with others.
